Trionic Walker Backrest – Assembly Instruction

The ergonomic and padded backrest, made from water-repellent and durable 600D polyester, fits the rollators Walker 9er, 12er and 14er. It offers comfortable and safe support when you are seated.

The length/depth of the backrest is adjustable. The backrest is delivered in three different lengths, S, M and L.

1. Remove the screws and nuts from the two clamps.
   

   To be able to attach the clamp properly, it is best to remove the screws.

   
   
   
2. Open the clamps a little and attach them to the grip tubes.
   

   IMPORTANT: Make sure that the ”TRIONIC” logotype is positioned correctly, as the backrest is angled.
   
   
   
3. Push the two clamps to the very top.
   

   You may have to loosen the screw on the brake lever to move it rearwards a bit.
   
   
4. With a 4 mm Allen key, fasten both clamps with the screws and nuts. The straps of the backrest should point forward at the point of attachment.

6. To unfold the rollator, angle the backrest upwards.
   IMPORTANT: Please note that you must tip the backrest upwards before unfolding the Walker. Otherwise, the backrest blocks the unfolding, and it can break if you use excessive force when trying to unfold the Walker.

   
   
   
   
7. If you find the backrest being too short/too long, you can adjust the length. Remove the two screws and nuts and then assemble the backrest again.
