How do returns work?
If you are not satisfied with the delivered Veloped or Walker, you are guaranteed the right to return it within 14 days after the delivery, without having to explain the cause of the return. If you wish to return a Veloped or Walker, you send us an e-mail.
You are responsible for the arrangement of the return shipment, provided that you have received the correct product(s) according to your order.
We'll organise the return shipment and we send you the return shipping label. All you need to do is call the shipping company for the pickup.
